Dealers & fleets

Front-line-ready recon for dealerships, scheduled dent repair for fleets, and a local crew when hail hits your lot — not a traveling team that disappears before the supplements are paid.

The short answer

Dent Elements runs year-round paintless dent repair programs for Kansas City dealerships and fleets: on-site or in-shop recon for used inventory, per-unit pricing, and hail catastrophe response with dent-matrix estimates for every unit. Rental, municipal, utility, and delivery fleets get scheduled lot visits and volume pricing. The shop is at 10947 Kaw Drive in Edwardsville, Kansas — the same crew that handles your recon handles your hail claims and any follow-up work.

Lot program

  • On-site or in-shop. Scheduled visits to your lot, or drop units at our Edwardsville shop.
  • Recon turnaround that keeps units moving to the front line.
  • Per-unit pricing agreed in advance, so your managers know the number before the car goes in.
  • Front-line-ready standard. Every repair is checked under reflection lights before it goes back.

Hail catastrophe response

When a storm hits a lot, the first crews to call are usually from out of state. The problem shows up later: supplements, re-inspections, and warranty work with no one to call.

  • Dent-matrix estimates for every unit
  • Coordination with your insurer or floor-plan carrier
  • A local crew that scales up — no travel-crew markup
  • The same people are here next month for supplements and comebacks

Fleet program

Rental and car-share fleets, city, county, and school district vehicles, utility and service trucks, delivery vans and box trucks.

  1. We walk your lot and build a list of units and dents.
  2. You get volume pricing for the whole list.
  3. We schedule visits around your vehicles’ downtime.
  4. You get a report of every unit completed.

Paintless dent repair keeps vans, trucks, and cars in service — most dents are fixed in hours instead of the days a body shop needs — and keeps turn-in and resale values up.

Questions we get every week

Do you work on-site at the dealership?

Yes. For routine recon we can work on your lot on a set schedule, or you can send units to our shop.

How do you price recon?

Per unit or per dent, depending on volume. We'll set a price sheet with your used-car manager so every unit is quoted the same way.

Can you repair fleet vehicles at our yard?

Yes. We schedule regular visits and work through a list of units while they are parked, then send a report of every unit completed.

What happens when hail hits our inventory?

We inspect and write a dent-matrix estimate for each unit, coordinate with your insurer or floor-plan carrier, and bring in additional technicians as needed. Because we're local, we're still here for supplements, re-inspections, and comebacks.

Let's talk about your lot.

Snap 3–6 photos of the damage from your phone. A technician replies within 2 business hours with a real number — no appointment, no pressure.
